NEED HELP WITH WIRELESS USB ADAPTOR

Maybe I'm a class A-1 moron, but I don't completly understand the instructions that came with my Netgear wireless USB adaptor. So if there is anybody out there who can help me out here and won't dis me for being a class A-1 moron, plese give me the assistance.
